As part of their small business spotlight series, we told the story of an owner and her dream to open a dog cafe in New York City.

HSBC wanted to spotlight their commitment to small business owners (SBOs). The bank wanted a series of videos to focus on the SBOs, rather than financials. How can the SBO’s stories be told authentically while still serving the bank’s needs?

We crafted a video for a bank that didn’t contain a single number, chart, or executive with memorized talking points. We showed a young, compact upstart company that works with major brands and stays nimble.
